You've been at your internship for a month

Assess and ask for feedback- Safiya Miller from Harvard suggests you should review the schedule/action plan you have created for the summer and make sure you are on track. If that is not the case, make edits/changes as necessary so that you move forward with clarity. Lucineida Fonseca from Yale says you should sit with your supervisor, someone who works closely with you, and have them give you feedback on your performance thus far.

    What if your manager is fairly busy and thus has not interacted as much with you, who can you ask for meaningful feedback?
