1. Did you review the materials/articles/ppts for the meeting?
2. Do you have a pen and paper?
3. Do you have any professional reading material/company info to keep you busy when you are waiting for the meeting to start?
4. Did you turn your phone off?
5. Did you put your phone/BlackBerry AWAY for the meeting?
6. Are you taking notes during the meeting?
7. Are you STAYING AWAKE?
8. Did you write down the names of all the people in the meeting so you can follow up with any one of the attendees?
Be on top of the meeting so you can be CONTRIBUTE.
