More Feed back

An additional thought- Miguel Ceron from Harvard says feedback goes both ways- and so when you ask for feedback on your progress, be prepared to give feedback on the department as well as they too look for ways to improve. What you want to keep in mind though is that feedback process isn’t a forum to complain. Just as you want to receive constructive feedback, you want to give constructive feedback to your company.
