Asking for Feedback

Anticipating feedback- Nene Igietseme from Harvard warns that you should not let feedback catch you off guard. It is extremely important that you are able to turn a critical eye towards yourself and your work before anyone else- a peer or a supervisor- does. Not only does this show that you have management potential (being that you can envision what your supervisor might have wanted from the project), but it also prevents the “dropped jaw” look that may occur if your ego is bruised!
