Separating Yourself from The Rest

Build your resume- Manu Kumasi from Baruch College says you should be making a list of all the things you have been involved with at your company so far, so when the internship is completed you will not have a hard time converting your experience into resume bullets. It is critical that your resume bullets reflect your summer experience in terms of accomplishments/skills that you have developed.

    Become a better manager- Sidney Baker from Georgetown University.

    While separating yourself from the rest you should work at becoming a better manager of people. Most executive in all industries attribute their success to being an effective people manager.
